Giggs over Terry Henry is definitely a joke, and before Shearer, THE Premier League's all time top scorer? And where is Ginola, eh?

Decent case for Paul McGrath to be in there imo. Only other defender to win PFA POTY is John Terry.

Not sure who my top five would be but Ronaldo, Suarez and Henry would be the first three for me. Shearer might be in it just because he's the top scorer, and for three or four seasons he was arguably the world's best striker.

I'd have had VDS over Schmeichel also as I think he was the better goalkeeper. And let's be real, Speed is only in there, so high as well, because he died. If he is in there then why not Gareth Barry?

Wouldn't be laughable to put Harry Kane in either if you've got Bale in there. He's been better for Spurs than Bale ever was and for a longer period of time. Unless they're considering their careers outside of the PL (Bale at Real Madrid) in which case why is Ronaldo not #1?

Bale hasn't had a season at Madrid as good as any of Kane's last three with Spurs as well. i guess you could make the argument that Kane has played more because Bale is playing on such a world class team with a lot of depth, but if anything you would expect Bale being on the better team to improve his play not limit it.

What I want to know is, where's this guy on the list? Total travesty! Shame!

red card?

it's pretty clear Mane was watching the ball and Ederson being that far out of the box is technically an outfield player. i don't if it's just or not, but it definitely cost Liverpool a game that I think they would've at least get a point out of otherwise.

his first goal intentional or not was a banger. what's the quickest a player has gotten to 100 goals in the PL?

nvm found it Sergio Aguero is the second fastest man to 100 Premier League goals | Football News | Sky Sports

won't match Shearer but surely he has a chance to at least beat Aguero's time to 100? would need 20 goals in less than 27 games.

He is doing very well.

Will get the World Class label from the Monkey when he replicates this form in either the Champions League or the World Cup next summer.

if not the world cup then definitely 2020 Euros. Kane, Rashford, Alli, Sterling, Dier etc. all looking great and with guys like Keane, Pickford, Abraham, Hughes, Maguire and hopefully Shaw realizing their potential, it could finally (hopefully) be England's time to at least mount a real solid challenge again.

edit - forgot about Gomez and Alexander Arnold at Liverpool, they're looking pretty good too.
