I've probably done 3-4 runs a week on average for the year and few months that I have done it.

I think I want to start run streaking too.

Lately I have a habit of running too fast for too long and I'm sore for days. I think I'm done with that noise.

Currently, I'm sick, it's raining and 43F here though. ;(
