I recommend a Peavey Predator. The one I used to play was really comfortable and had great tone, but that also depend on what you're playing through. Speaking of which, what kind of amp are you playing through?

Anyway, it was also lightweight. I was about 13 when I was playing it, and I could do that comfortably for 3 hours.

But if you're a really small girl, you might want to look into a short-scale neck, like on a Fender Bronco bass.
