Oh god no, I've played through Majora's Mask dozens of times, I actually hold it in higher regard than OoT.

I always preferred it over OoT as well but in the Zelda hierarchy I still think the Wind Waker is the very best.

Yeah. Graphics look great, and they refined to series to be super intuitive and rewarding. The civil war battles look cool, like 500 dudes on screen.

Majora's Mask ties with Wind Waker for my favorite.

In the past 2 weeks I've clocked in over 53 hours of Team Fortress 2. I'm not allowing myself to play it unless I finish all of my work first, so it's an incentive for me to not procrastinate (of course, benefits are defeated when I stay up until 2:30 in the morning playing it). I've been maining pyro and engineer, depending on my mood or need of the team. Set a new point record tonight with Engie- 73 teleports in one build. It was gorgeous.
Damnit, why is this game so addictive?

I was playing Final Fantasy V for Gameboy Advanced, until I realized that my constant rpging was leaving me disconnected from reality. I had like 60+ hours logged into that game, and wasn't even in the second world yet. I was just grinding for days on end and making my characters ludicrously strong for no other reason than the compulsion to reach some arbitrary level. Then I would try to read a book and realize that the lack of constant stimulation that the video game and watching TV to take the edge off the constant grinding, and listening to music when a commercial came on, left my mind incapable of concentrating on reading and was leaving me in an almost constant zombie like state. Now I've given up video games for the immediate future, and reality is finally starting to feel real again.

Perhaps I should have started that rant with, "My name is Batlord and I'm a video game addict.

Playing my way through Max Paybe 3 a bit at a time. The gameplay is rather samey all over; you shoot guys, sometimes in slo-mo. You have different weapons, but most of them feel quite samey so as a game, it's quite repetitive. The gameplay still is fun, though, and I feel Rockstar makes up for some of that repetition by having a pretty good story. You get up close and personal with Max Payne who is quite an interesting dramatic character considering his background and all the **** that's happened in his life.

Not a brilliant game, but good enough to keep me interested. I'd say a weak 5/6!

edit :

Made it clearer that I'm talking about Max Payne number 3 here!

Not because it was hard, but because I couldn't work up the energy to continue the same 3 sidequests over and over again.

Wind Waker is the best game visually and I really liked how the characters had some personality, but I didn't like having to find the pieces of the Triforce to continue the story. Still it's a great game, far superior to Twilight Princess.

The shooting really takes some getting use to, and I remember being frustrated when it came out because I couldn't fulfill all my Matrix style fantasies. Overall though the game is pretty good...except for those dream sequences, those can go die in a fire. The concept of them was pretty awesome and really came out of nowhere, but the actual execution was severely lacking. I can't tell you how many times I died while trying to follow that blood trail, and that crying baby noise really felt like my ear canals were being raped by a man wearing a sandpaper condom.
