Who said anything about bonding? People don't post this stuff to get to know one another, they post it because they are comfortable not feeling like an outsider. If you don't like a topic don't read it, and if you don't like a conversation don't join in.

I post on way stricter forums than this, it's not an issue if the place tightens up a bit. I'm just sayin don't shit on us for innocent jokes because the higher ups dont approve or you don't find humor it them. I don't feel bad about enjoying the company and friendly joking with the other members I interact with.

I get it Rox, I acknowledged that in my first response about doing what they have to do as mods. I'm just saying in the past I feel like threads have been locked simply because they left a distaste in certain peoples' mouths and not because they were violating any sort of conduct rules that would bring attention from the site owners.

Also, as far as forum etiquette goes, I think Lil's post about helping Mondo was way more inappropriate than anything I've seen here in a while and no one really seemed to care. Everyone has their own opinion on this stuff, they either need to lay out some guidelines, not mod on the fly.

You say moderating isn't being done, well this is what this thread is for. I'm letting people know this stuff is being noticed more and more and it is unacceptable and it needs to be cut out.

I never accused you of not moderating. We've had this discussion when I first called you out for thread locking. You don't have to justify your decisions to me, I've modded before I understand the kind of position you can be put into. I was just posting my honest opinion about the matter.

Also, I said no one seemed to care, not that nothing was done. I try not to make claims that I don't have facts to back up, but the thread isn't locked and a mod never posted in it, so if something was done it must have been behind the scenes.. aka seemingly no one cared.

Edit: Like I said, if it's becoming an issue and we are attracting attention then maybe it's time to lay out some guidelines.

The irony of a nearly incoherent, garbage rant like this telling people to post with intelligence and class. Pitiful.

The real problem here is that there's like ten members here that are a complete waste of space and the forum was way better before they became regulars.

Inappropriate no.Kind heartedly misguided yes.That thread was way less inappropriate compared to some as of late.Music Banter Restraint Test comes to mind.Mondo is a valued member of this community. And Lil wanting and willingness to help is behavior I aspire to have.Thats the type of bond this place can create and its beautiful a crowd full of diverse misfits from all walks of life that bond and talk ****,but bond and talk **** in a manner worthy of housing some of the friendships that have been formed here.
