Pretty standard "video game blame" sensationalist new story but with a twist. The game in question is Minecraft...

Nothing about negligent parenting or even that they are in the wrong here for leaving a gun out for a kid to find... I mean I know it's Florida but that still seems wrong.

Really???? It should make perfect f*cking sense. Leave weapons lying around for kids to take them and the well f*cking will.
I think the father should be denied the right to bear arms before he derps again and his kid ends up taking his head off.

Read the story ffs. He felt his family (wife and 2 year old daughter) was in danger, I'd do the same thing for my family if those guys were converging on my car. They clearly instigated that **** with the biker brake checking him

You realize he's not being held right? maybe because the police felt his actions were justified

butthead aka 216 10-01-2013 03:09 PM

ed youre trollin again tsk tsk

but from what we can see, a guy was askin to get hit, so he got hit lol, there was some sort of confrontation which the details we cant see which led to the guy speeding away and hittin some ppl.

the lesson would be dont piss off or scare a guy in an suv if youre on a bike lol. you wont win that fight

The law doesn't care how you "feel." You actually have to be in immediate danger to use deadly weapon. What you are NOT allowed to do is use a deadly weapon against someone who has not used one on you (to defend yourself) & more importantly use such actions simply based on "feelings."

He is not being held as of now, but the case according to the commissioner is under review. If not criminally, that man deserves to be financially raped by those bikers he ran over. There is nothing honorable in the way he behaved & I actually understand why those men ran after him, I would do the same if you ran over my friend/family.

I won't make any immediate judgments, between my bff being killed by cops and multiple other events I'm aware of, including a few here in Seattle, of lethal excessive police force, I never believe their story. I think she was probably putting people's lives at risk with her reckless driving though. Why she was shot, well I'll wait and see.

The article I read in the New Hampshire Union Leader, said she was shot four times, dying from a single gunshot wound to the chest.
That suggests to me that the State Trooper who shot her was in front of her vehicle when the shots were fired. There is no mention of whether she was stopped when she was shot or if she was driving towards the officer.

Woman shot by police had sped off from traffic stop, nearly hit person, AG statement says | New Hampshire Crime

Do you think 45 is a bit too young to be a grandmother? I've known several women who became grandmothers in their 30's (the youngest was 32 at the time) so 45 doesn't seem particularly unusual to me.

Idk 45 just seemed young but I guess you are right. I'm used to grandmothers being in the 60s to 70s range so thinking bout one at 45 seems stupidly young but 32 is even worse.

Also the cops are saying they only fired 4 shots but much more were heard. Of course they are going to report to the media that only 4 were fired.

Can imagine some do that. Most of the people I know in prison, would blame the system and jury, not an entire gender.
