*** Next time, we go behind the scenes as lawmakers plan the implementation of braille bumps on roads that will allow blind citizens to drive by "reading" the bumps. In discussion are braille bumps that say things like, "pedestrian crossing ahead" and other useful tips. When questioned by opponents of the law, lawmakers had this to say: "We are not concerned with the safety ramifications, because blind people are very good at reading braille, and frequently have heightened senses as a result of their blindness. Because of this, we feel that they will be in a better position to 'read' these bumps and know where they are going and what to do". Lawmakers would not comment on a question of whether a person being run over would be mistaken as a braille exclamation point.

A small-scale test of this system has been performed in a remote town in Louisiana, however, the drivers were unable to distinguish the braille bumps due to the condition of Louisiana roads.***

I think it's egregious that he got out of doing any jail time and is still allowed visitation rights to his own kids.

And while it's kinda hilarious that his visits have to be supervised by his mother, that's also sad because she probably helped make this guy believe that he can rape the gay out of children.

Video: Laughing thug walks away with suspended sentence after vicious attack on dog filmed on phone in Middleton, Rochdale, Greater Manchester - Manchester Evening News

The saddest thing is, that dog yelps and looks at this fat twat and is still loyal, he's wondering what the fuck he's done wrong. The dog bites him back and the authorities can't put the poor thing down quick enough.

Sadistic cunt deserves to have his spine broken.

I think they've printed his age wrong tbh. It's the only logical explanation and he definitely doesn't look 35.

I'd guess he's more like 19.

They're apparently willing to pull some stuff out of the freezer and heat it up for $140 + free publicity.

The Most Horrifying Drug in the World Comes to the U.S. | TIME.com

Maybe if this article wasn't purely made to put fear into people, they would have fucking said that one of the ingredients is codeine tablets, which are easier to purchase in bulk in places like Russia where regulations aren't as strict, unlike here. Oh, and parts of Russia are pretty damn poor, so people addicted to opiates don't exactly have the coin to get a nice bag of something that won't rot your arm. I just don't see krokodil being popular here.

Well, as of yesterday there were two poor, desperate addicts willing to use it. And I'm sure there are plenty of addicts in the US who can only afford the worst. Not to mention that there are more than a few people in the US (perhaps some in the pharmaceutical industry and the government, ahem) who would love to see impoverished addicts get wiped out.

That stuff makes me shiver. I saw a video of a guy with the meat of his calf melted away, but he still had his thigh and foot, and some doctor (I'm assuming) was sawing through the bone. It was one of the most disgusting things I've ever seen.
