State-sponsored terrorism. Military aggression I guess if there's either a) a state of war between the state and the one attacked or b) if there's an attempt to invade the other state or one of its dependencies. I guess.

Acts of war perpetrated by foreign states on the west are called terrorism. Terrorism committed by, well, terrorists, is called domestic violence. This is actually accurate. When it is a white person the media usually goes wih mentally ill right away before finding intentions. Every time an attack happens somewhere else NYC ramps up security for the next couple of days. More police out of in full force walking around.

One of the most offensive comments I've seen in all my time here, and I don't really give a **** if he was joking; you don't say that at the time, nor indeed at any time after such a tragedy.
