oh, sorry guys.

it ended up being speculation

Police were reported as confirming a shooter at a second incident in Fridhemsplan - around a 20 minute drive from the first incident.

However, later officers denied there was an incident there but the streets remain in lockdown.

I live here. There were two incidents. Today is the first gorgeous day we have had ( sunny with no wind) so alot of people were out walking and shopping. First , there was the shooting report in a really popular area called Fridhemsplan (15 minutes by subway from Drottninggatan) . The second involves a stolen beer truck that drove on the biggest shopping street in Stockholm into a big store called Ahlens ( like Bloomingdales). If he had gotten farther onto the front side of the building, he would have driven right into one of Stockholm's most popular street corners. They locked down the city direct after and many who live in the suburbs could not get home. I had to ring parents of the kids I work with just to see if they were OK and to see if they had arrangements to pick up their kids since there was no public transportation and people were told not to go outside. Many were not allowed to leave their offices and had to get family to drive down to them outside the city to get them.

I went home to my family after. What a messed up world we live in. I wonder if Donald Trump has started his " See I told You so" rant yet.

Shooting report, but no actual shooting, right? Do you know if there were any/many fatalities? Glad you're ok anyway.

4 fatalities and 15 wounded in the beer truck attack. The fridhemsplan thing was a report about a shooting. People heard something that sounded like a shooting but the police cannot confirm that there was any shooting.
They just confirmed on the news that a second person has been arrested in Hjulsta ( suburb on the fringe of Stockholm).

They arrested several people already in connection with it. I guess it is the guy from Märsta who they arrested first who drove the truck. Some guy from Uzbekistan who has "IS (ISIS) sympathies".

They also found a bag of explosives in the truck. Guess he meant to do alot more damage but decided not to. I bet you they are going to link him with Mohamed Belkaid, the terrorist who did they Paris terror attack since he also lived in Märsta and there are quite a few ISIS people there.

Having unprotected sex without telling partner about HIV-positive status no longer would be a felony under new bill - LA Times

Thoughts?

It sounds crazy at first, but when you understand the context and the reasoning behind it, there's certainly a case to be made there.
