How can you not see my point? If a white South African moves to America, why is he not as African American as you?

If you have Caucasian and Native American blood then you are indeed multi-racial by definition. Simple as that. Just because you may have less Caucasian blood doesn't magically make it go away. It sounds like you want to deny your other heritage just because you want to be African American and nothing else. That actually sounds pretty racist to me.

Now I might be mistaken but the way this was taught to me is there are really only three dna discriptors the let you know wheter someone is Caucasian, negroid ,or asain.
Yay Forensics.So that being said someone from the D.R. is negro.Even Spanish ppl.Socially speaking is another ball of wax.

I do believe that "negroid" has been replaced by "congoid", but I'm assuming that's more for political correctness. Same idea though, and since it's a scientific term rather than a racist or eugenic one then it shouldn't matter.
