Tax cuts are just the most expensive form of stimulus with most of the money going into the saving accounts of the ultra wealthy

An infrastructure bill would be the best case scenario but again I don't see Repubs sending Trump a bill like without hand outs to wealthy

These tax breaks already exist. I know especially in NY state. They keep boasting about how they are bringing jobs to NY but all they are doing is offering businesses the opportunity to not pay taxes for decades at a time and of course the tax burden ends up falling on the people that work for said business and everyone else. It's the main reason that certain school art and music programs are shutting down or the entire school is closing all together.
They are planning to build a Legoland near by and it will bring a nice influx of jobs but the downside is that they are going to be able to go 30 years without paying any state/local taxes. The same taxes that go towards helping schools in the area and the municipality's budget.
