At least we can agree on one thing. Cheers.

So, if you don't mind, why did you support Trump in the past?

Absolutely not. But I'm skeptical of a lot of liberal fixation on Russiagate because of the way it can deflect from serious considerations of political/social/cultural/systemic issues which count as causes of the trump presidency, but also precede and persist beyond the 2016 election etc.

....So you agree.
No, I just think it's funny that it's the first and only thing you've talked about. No I don't see any reason to believe there's russian influence in the canadian election and don't see the relevance.

Did I ever say it was the sole cause? Where have I previously deflected from the political/social/cultural/systemic issues that are also contributing?

There is ample evidence that Putin has tried to intervene in the French and German elections, among others. I've lived through the multitudinous reports about his interference in my own country.

He's established a pattern of trying to bring down democracy worldwide. Why do you think he would ignore Canada?

I basically lost all faith in American politics and the Democratic party. I hated Hillary cause she was a robotic drone. I found him hilarious when he mocked everyone who got in his way without any sort of mercy. The media hated him, including Fox. The republican elites hated him. And he represented perfectly just how ****ed and stupid American democracy is, that you can hack it with shameless salesman tactics and a complete lack of a moral compass.

And above all... I just wanted something interesting to happen.
