Whenever an annoying customer shows up with a box full of Mariah Carey Christmas albums they're trying to pawn off on you just have them wait for a moment, shotgun a beer, and then tell them to **** off.

An original one of those is like a $100 album.

This does sound overwhelming. I obv don't know anything about your situation, preferences etc but isn't there a chance you could make the wrong decision (whatever this may entail) re buying a house cause there's too much weighing on you? Maybe find another rent that's not as bad? Like a sublet for a couple of months, where you don't need to give a huge deposit and all that tedious bs? And that would afford you a modicum of piece of mind to do house hunting?

Maybe where you live this isn't even an option, dunno

90's records are expensive.

Like actual vinyl or CDs? I guess vinyl would make sense since they would have been printed in smaller numbers.

Sorry to hear about your recent struggles Exo. Sometimes life just keeps beating you, it gets old - it gets exhausting.

Not the healthiest way to deal with it, but it's why I haven't given up drinking. And admittedly I drink too much. As with any drug, the more you ingest over time, the more you need to get the same effect. I can totally relate about feeling compelled to interact with friends and family. Most of the time, I just don't feel like it either. Feels like you have to put on a mask sometimes and hide how depressed you really are.

I hope things turn around for you sooner rather than later. My wife and I have been wanting a house for a while now. I keep hearing "Oh, by next year, prices should come down" and it just hasn't panned out. It seems like, at least recently, housing prices are finally starting to actually come down. The fed hiking rates probably helped. Even if you get a garbage rate, you can always refinance your mortgage down the line.
