i've never been off the east coast of the usa myself so i can't really compare countries too much. all of the countries that are close enough for someone like me to go to are pretty poor so i'm guessing we've got them beat.
as for canada.. cold and deserted. i would take their healtcare, sure, but not for the price of living in the tundra. i'd rather die of cancer in the sun.
any country that we have to cross some ocean to get to is too pricey for me atm so as far as i'm concerned they don't exist.

As I mentioned later, American fast food makes us superior because it infiltrates foreign countries and infects them with our sanitized corporate culture to make it easier to sell them even more soulless, American consumerism (iPods, Xbox's, Ke$ha, etc).
And say what you want to about Toby Keith's music, but as a proponent of "America uber alles!", he is a national treasure.
