I listened to that. I definitely enjoyed it, no doubt about it, but it didn't floor me like a little part of me thought it would. I'm gonna move onto their other albums though.

Is this what Protest the Hero sounds like too?

No. The Contortionist sound like boring deathcore with boring progressive whatever chucked on top, whereas Protest the Hero sound like decent mathcore and great melodic metalcore. PtH >>> The Contortionist

Mellow instrumental jazz tunes from an Australian sub aquatic documentary-adventure series TV show from the early 70's, narrated by William Shatner. Unfortunately, he's not included on this album.
