Currently downloading quite a few albums from the RYM Top Albums Ever chart. Ones I either haven't heard, don't remember heading or can't remember if I liked. Not sure why but it beats fine tooth combing through an individual genre.

Fist batch I'm gonna listen to later:

Slayer - Reign In Blood
John Coltrane - Giant Steps
Depeche Mode - Violator
Stevie Wonder - Innervisions
Megadeth - Rust in peace
Death - Symbolic
Iron Maiden - The Number of the Beast
Joni Mitchell - Blue
Eno - Here Come the Warm Jets

Innervisions is probably my favourite of his. Great album.

Honestly I'm pretty lukewarm on Cattle Decapitation. I like Monolith of Inhumanity pretty well, but other than that they haven't done much for me. Better death metal and better grindcore out there.

If you don't love Slayer then we're done. Kinda surprised you ain't never heard Violator though.

I did. Violator just seems like one of those albums that you would have heard five million times by now and would be in your top 50 or 100 or something. It's pretty ****ing great btw.

I mean it's like one of the best pop albums ever, so you'll obviously love it like a fat kid loves cake.
