Huw Lloyd-Langton - 1971 (2019)

A recently released compilation of unreleased songs from the late, great, former guitarist for Hawkwind, Huw Lloyd-Langton. Just Huw and his guitars are featured on this album.

My copy of the Iggy mix of Raw Power just came in the mail and I'm like yeah bitch. **** Bowie mix jackoffs. Listening to the Iggy mix is like watching the Bowie mix get floorpunched at a NYHC show for a half hour.

There was a UK edition of "Raw Power" that I found on the "White Trash Soul" blogspot back in 2011. I downloaded a copy and although I haven't listened to it for a couple of years or more, I remember it sounded much better to me than any other version I'd ever heard. It looks like it was removed from the blogspot but I'm pretty sure I still have it on my external hard drive.

Iggy & the Stooges - "Raw Power" (1973, UK Edition - CBS)

I also noticed the resemblance as soon as I saw that album cover.
