I'd love to see your signature/links too, but the huge and obnoxious ones have caused me to block all signatures.

It starts to get a little monotonous towards the end, but for the most part its a big improvement over their debut. I've played through this quite a food times...really good stuff. The opener is pretty epic.

That being said, they better head into some kind of new territory next time around. I don't know how much more of the jangly shoegaze pop they can churn out and still sound fresh.

I can't get enough of this album at the moment. I loved their debut but I've come to the conclusion that the band have exceeded themselves this time around. Belong is far from a radical departure but the band have grown as songwriters and musicians and there seems to be more depth and feeling here on this album. If you familiarise yourself with Belong and then go back and listen to their debut, their debut seems slightly shallow, two-dimensional and underdeveloped in comparison. I also like the way the vocals sound a lot clearer and you can understand the lyrics a lot better, rather than hide them and drown them in noise. It makes the album sound more down-to-earth and expressive.

Good calls with your other new albums too.
