When was the last time anybody really posted a legitimately unpopular opinion? Like, just straight up disagreed with by the majority, rather than just a significant amount of people? This is my ****ing thread, now, bitch!

See, on the unpopular opinions thread on the history/politics forum I go on, I post lots of stuff about music, but it mostly isn't stuff that would be all that unpopular here. Like "I think that rap is music," and "There are a huge number of great country artists, but Johnny Cash was not good," and "U2 are worse than Nickelback, Celine Dion, or Justin Bieber."

Of all the metal subgenres death metal is BY FAR the worst. I cannot fathom why someone would ever spend their time listening to it when there's so much metal out there that's actually...interesting

Miley Cyrus has an amazing voice and I think her music has a tendency to be pretty okay.

Edit: System of a Down still rules imo.
