Agreed

And I like Rihanna..... I think her songs are generally fun
I don't believe they're meant to be deeply analysed in order to find some hidden message/meaning
You just take them as they are, catchy, fun pop/RnB songs.

My friend just revealed to me yesterday that the whole song Shut Up and Drive was about sex. For those of you who didn't know that... take a listen, you'll feel so damn stupid I guarantee you. I sure did.

Eh, its not a genre of music I'd generally dedicate time and money for... and i have little time or money, so if I do dedicate my hard earned free time and cash to a band, its because I think its REALLY good... I don't have the budget for kinda sorta okay about this CD purchasing...

Mike Oldfield. The most unpopular. Themes to Full Moon Entertainment movies. Beyond unpopular... ALONZO- dare not tread.

I actually kinda don't mind some fairly derisable bands in the modern context.... Alan parsons Project being one of them.... they seem to cop alot of crap from serious music listener types, and although I don't own any of their stuff, i've heard a good deal of it, and it's indulgent and wanky at times, but hey I like indulgent and wanky...

Eh?? There's nothing wrong with Alan Parsons Project at all, other than the fact "Eye in the Sky" gets wayyyyyy too much radio play for its own good.

Oh ok, fair enough! Perhaps i am somewhat skewed in my opinion of their popularity by my friends who fairly heavily ripped them a new one... :-/
