I have a Blur unpopular music opinion for you.

Think Tank is their best album. Eat that ****, Graham Coxon.

I'd say that was a more a showing of bad taste than an unpopular opinion.

Sure, sure. But I don't understand its rep. Out of Time, Good Song, Brothers and Sisters, Caravan, On My Way to the Club...all really really great songs. There isn't a more consistent Blur album out there, save for maybe their self titled.

Listen to it as a Damon solo album and then tell me its horrible. I just think people are upset that Graham ditched out on them.

There is plenty of stellar material with the classic Blur so just because Graham isn't there doesn't mean I will refuse to enjoy what is actually good about it. I'll admit that there are a lot of bands that upset me when key members leave, but they had started Think Tank with Graham so they already had material. I think Damon just didn't want to waste what was obviously good material, and also why Blur hasn't done anything since.

Damon didn't want to make the album the record company needed one more.

That makes sense, too. I was joking about it being the best...I actually reserve Parklife as my favorite Blur album. But it is definitely top 3...the only song that really bothers me is Crazy Beat. This is one album where I will not be swayed...I will defend it always.
