But Clannad do that so much better with a Gaelic Folk slant and with more scope She is a member of the family and used to be in the band too. Yes I am full of useless facts!

For me people on here are just straight talking. I wouldn't come on here if people were like hehe you like Nickelback, they're rubbish

I like how people get straight to the point. Even if it comes across as a big strong, I prefer it.

I readily admit to liking a whole bunch of stuff that not many on here like and it annoys the crap out of me but we can't all be the same and enjoy the same stuff. It's when it's gets personal on here or people comment on bands without barely hearing them or limited knowledge of the genre that takes the piss.

Other than that a certain amount of ribbing is part and parcel of forums even if it does get to us all periodically.
I only make serious attacks towards someone's taste when it's someone I already immensely dislike, like Captain Caveman or Ethan.

I didn't intend for the Enya thing to be an insult, was just a playful dig, I don't mind Enya really. New age isn't my thing (unless Mike Oldfield counts) but it's listenable.

Hehe useless facts are fun. And I knew that. I like Clannad but I actually prefer Enya for some reason.

I'm nowhere near being a Dylan fan but at least Blood On The Tracks still sounds fresh.

Brain Salad Surgery sounds like the soundtrack of some cheapo 1970s BBC sci fi series.
