I don't care for Tom Waits or his music, and I don't care for his fans act, how they worship him. The fans of Tom Waits I've seen always seem to be like pretentious and like to **** on other people for their taste and can't tolerate criticism of Tom Waits or his music. I don't know why, cause he's nothing special to write home about.
lol yawn, garbage tier members gonna post garbage content I guess. Like seriously this is in the top 20 worst paragraphs ever written on MusicBanter, what a load of complete crap

I love Tom Waits and hate the Beef. I've yet to hear one thing from him that I find pleasing. I used to think The Dead were the worst of the worst when it came to aimless BS jamming. Not anymore.

The guy's entire legacy is built on recording super crappy and sloppy loose jam improv ****. He just happened to do it a few years prior to a bunch of other hacks jumping on his bandwagon for those hack fans that somehow seem to like? that crap he's trying to peddle.

Give me $10 and I'll tell you how I really feel.

It has nothing to do with disliking Tom Waits, it has to do with the rest of the insufferable garbage in that paragraph

My total disdain for Beefheart. So overrated. Even Zappa grew tired of his crap after the honeymoon was over.

It's no wonder why so many of the "pick up an instrument, strum a note, and ""I'm a musician"" artists" love the guy though.

That's a lot of superiority for a Dishwalla fan.

At least they know how to tune their instruments.
