Yes. Because you're not showing any sort of evidence to prove that you actually know if you appreciate it or not. It's an assumption based on your own ignorance. That's not the same as an informed opinion.

Allright, so you didn't get what I meant. Just checking.

Also nobody ever needs drugs to appreciate music but they can certainly be a good way to remove silly expectations and really get caught up in the music to appreciate it for what it is.

You legit have said that if you need drugs to enjoy music, it must not be good. That is solely based on your own ignorance of the effects of weed and other drugs that can amplify someone's experience with music specifically. I know exactly what you meant, but you for some reason can't seem to wrap your head around it.

Frankly, if I need to get on a boat to appreciate a large body of water, then it really must not be all that interesting. Also I've never been near a body of water and I'm afraid of boats.

Which means that I'm of the opinion that a work of art has to be able to stand on it's own. Like if you said I didn't get the movie because I didn't have popcorn with it, then how good of a movie can it be? That's what it means. I can only read your take on what I said as something else than what I meant.

For this analogy to make sense, you must be suggesting that ambient sucks without a boat? I mean drugs?

I've never done drugs, no. Just like I've never done bungee jumping. I have no interest in either. I don't know where you got the idea that I'm somehow vehemently prejudiced against the idea. I'm just not interested.

Thank you. So I'll ignore that boat analogy then.

That's hilarious. I've got square tastes? Who of the two of us conforms to the Rock Snob Playbook™?

Did you just equate eating a bucket of popcorn to smoking weed? Are you that ignorant?
