I dislike Bowie as well. Listening to a full album of his bores me, I think I'm broke.
I just never could get in to Bowie, maybe one day.

Tom Waits is an unremarkable piano player and his voice isn't brilliant or groundbreaking, it's just grating as shi‎t. In a bad way.

^ I like one of their songs, it was on the I Know What You Did Last Summer soundtrack. I can't remember the name though, so I guess I didn't like it *that* much.

Hole are a brilliant band.

No, Hole are not brilliant, nor are they really a band so much as an outlet for courtney love's caterwauling. They're awful.
