for me it depends what song i pick some tracks will make a great playlist but some just list songs by the same artist...its something that will get a lot better as itunes improves

I have that same problem. All my ****ing artists are not the right genre. I guess because most of it is downloaded music. Man is that annoying.

Well everything bad i said about this genius i take back. I have been using it alot today and yesterday and its really working well. For once apple has done something right with itunes.

For example when i put in Mos Def it gives me a playlist extremely similar. Including
Roots
Jurrasic 5
Common
Sage Francis
Del Tha Funkee Homosapian
Wu Tang Clan
Busta Rymes
Outkast
Notorious BIG
Dr DRe

and about 50 more... all very similar.

See? It's not that bad...it'll at least satiate the ladies and other hoebags that come to parties. I'm not saying that it'll give you a handjob and a half, just that it's a shatload quicker than browsing through x0,000 songs and finding what you want.

Hell, I can barely remember if I like an album or not.
