Haven't heard nearly enough of them to vote. I'll have to get back to this after I've heard the album.

I'd say the Monks have the biggest influence on 60's revivalist bands like the Brian Jonestown Massacre and The Black Lips. Definite YES for me.

I'm pretty angry that they are not getting more Yes votes actually. I can understand if people don't vote in the obvious choices like Led Zeppelin.. but with a band that is extremely underrated like The Monks, I just don't understand the NOs.
