As a whole "Precollection" is pretty solid and I can play the entire album without it getting boring, ever. Kurt's songwriting is best showcased on this album, it feels like his best lyrics to date. Well, that doesn't mean there aren't catchy pop songs on this album, no sir! It was a seamless transit (Guy has major ADD) from "The 3-Way" and it felt like he knew the 60's pop-rock sound was starting to get a bit stale for Lilys.

Yaaay *high five*

Yeah it's just one of my favourite albums. It has this certain feel to it, this real bittersweet cinematic feel, that their other albums don't quite have. All of their albums are good though.

Stars

Set Yourself on Fire > The Five Ghosts > Heart >/= In Our Bedroom after the War > Sad Robots EP > Nightsongs > Do You Trust Your Friends?

I missed 4 EPs but I'd have to come back to it if I'm going to rank them.
