Too bad post-hardcore got ruined by modern metalcore, noodly indie/math/emo guitars and all aggression being left to screamo bands. Yes. If it's supposed to be rather exciting but poorly written and or executed, then sure. It might also be very interesting in complex writing and technique that keeps it from being boring, but it's not a very good piece anyways.

I think a genre can be bad but at least stand out in some way. Take crunkcore for example. For me boring music is music which is so inoffensive and so bland that it fades into the background.
