I had a dream where I saw heaven and a demon split my skull open with its hands from the base of my neck where I got a surgery I probably didn't need. Then I woke up and hallucinated coughing up static.

Why would Frownland trust his dream is any way? Isn't not being real life the point of dreams, really?

Anyway, the human brain is easy enough to trick, so I don't know why he would treat his trippy weird-ass experience as anything more than what it was.

The trippy part is the shared experience with someone who was in the dream.
