I buy those naked chicken chalupas two at a time as well.

They are decent.

As Freud would have wanted it.

I've only had one but I love how they started doing the avocado ranch sauce again. By far my favorite special was the bacon ranch club chalupa.

I'll check that dictionary, but in the meantime I'm impressed - as is everyone else in the world - by your eloquence, obvious accomplishments and success, and the evidence of your blazingly high intelligence.

That is the most American Mexican food I have ever heard.

I'm all about dat Cheesy Gordita Crunch though. A hard taco wrapped in a soft taco with melted cheese in the middle is god almighty.

Re: Dreams

Lived my first 37 years back east. About a month away from being out here for 20 years. I have yet to have a dream that takes place here. It's always back east - even if it includes people from the past 20 years.

Extremely surreal.

You escaped the East Coast. That's the dream.

Dreamed that it was summer-- I was making my way to my sister's house (because I always stay there for a month in the summer to watch her three kids during the day while she works), but when I arrived at 5 am, there was a black dog in the roof. It was wearing a clown suit, and this caused all the neighbors to step out of their house and say, "Oh boy, the clown dog is on the roof again! Better get going!"-- they were muttering about how they were hoping the clown dog didn't appear this year, as it was some sort of terrible omen. So, of course my sister insisted that I couldn't stay with her children in the house that the clown dog sits upon. I left, and wandered into a half-empty grocery store with flickering lights; the surrounding area looked like 1950s San Diego, or something, and all of the store patrons were lined up against the wall--all of them men over six feet tall, and they were all dressed like this, including an ex-paramour who was also there.
