There are no sure fire ways to conclusively prove, or disprove, either side of the debate. People can bring all the theories and evidence they want to the table, but the bottom line is, no one knows, for 100% sure, how exactly we all came to be sitting here right now.

im a scientists, i think in scientific ways... and i am currently studying evolutionary biology.. so yeah, evolution, as it makes complete sense in my mind.

i am also a nihilistic atheist.

But, he is a scientists. There has to be some credit given when you're more than one person.

Never is. Never was is. That's what I think. Makes everything a lot easier.

i believe in creationism, evolution is just a theory, no ones been able to prove it, they just give evidence to support it. So what we look similar to apes, we are in the same family as apes, just like a lion is in the same family as a cat. Where did the bible come from, someone had to write it. The big bang hasnt been proven either, no one saw it, so they dont have an explanation. Creationism has a book, the big bang was just a bunch of scientist sitting around trying to think of different reasons to explain why we are here, The point is is that Creationism has a book of facts and Evolution has a monkey.

Thats only if you take the bible to be true, cause books can be true or fiction..

Your logic is flawed. Gravity is just a theory, noone can prove it (as nothing can ever be truly proven) we just give evidence to support it - this is not a good reason to disbelieve it you must look at the quality of evidence. There is a hell of a lot of evidence that supports evolution. Creationism has a book of propaganda, not fact. Someone had to write it, and it was written as a point of personal gain (the Old Testament is pure pro-Jewish propaganda, and the New Testament is a selective construct of the Council of Nicea, and has been subjected to multiple revisions). Evolution has scientific evidence to back it up. The Big Bang (while not related to Evolution) also has a hell of a lot of evidence to back it up; for a start the sceintists weren't sat about brainstorming life the universe and everything, they'd noticed "red shift", a bending in the red light which travels slowest, and found that if you traced the red shift of everything in space, it leads back to one point (that's about as deep as I get, sadly I'm not a quantum physcisist so I can't explain it fully).

Oh, and cats and lions have the same descendents, the thing is that cats have been specifically bred to be cuddly mouse catchers rather than viscious hunters
