Its not even like you have to believe in it.

The whole idea behind creationism is that god (or some higher being) created humans and that humans didn't evolve from some lower life form.
Some people (usually Christians) say that to not believe in creationism is like some form of blasphemy against god.
But if god is real and he really did create us and we really were made in the image of him (like the bible does say, somewhere in there) then you'd have to wonder why is it that homosexuals, transvestites, and transgendered people exist.
If you don't believe in evolution, then it would be almost impossible for you to grasp the concept iof someone being *** or wanting to have a sex change.
So then the question becomes if evolution doesn't exist, how else can you explain the existence of transgendered people, and homosexuals (people considered less than human by most Christian religions)

And if evolution didn't exist, why is it that the human body in all of it's complexity seems to have so many things inc ommon with lower lfie forms, like bacteria, round worms, and chimpanzees (not necessarily monkeys in general).

And for the record I am still an advocate for both sides. But i'm a bigger fan of evolution.

I switch between being an atheist and a deist. And being a deist means you think that there's a god and he gave up on us just plain left and let us destroy ourselves. Which would explain the whole made his image and why people are the way they are. What does sexually have to do with anything? You don't know that god isn't flamming fag.

I suppose Raine did have a point there. God might have been a flaming *** and that would still mean that all of the heterosexuals and bisexuals were not created in his image. Also, would God have looked black, white, chinese, indian or what? What about people with missing body parts? Did God have two arms and two legs, or was he like an amputee in a wheelchair? Was he a siamese twin? Did he have Down's Syndrome? Which of these people exactly were created in his image? Or was it just the first man, and everyone from then on wasn't created in God's image?

^I think the last thing you said is right. Cause if he did make everyone in his image he wouldn't have a solid image, he would be constantly changing. Losing limbs and growing them back, his skin tone would continually shift. People diversify due to where they live.

I atched a programme the other day that put forward a case that dictated in the years jesus is missing from the bible he was snatched by 3 buddhist monks (the 3 wise men who choose their next next dhali lama by the stars) and trained in their ways.

I'm not being sarcastic. The last sentence just got me thinking.

Moses gets what I'm on about here. If everybody was truly in God's image then he would have to have a morphable image to accomodate for the differences in everybody's appearance. But then this would mean that for each person to be in his image, each person would have to also have a morphable image (which isn't true).

If the first man only was made in God's image, both the man and God would only need one image and this would allow for them to both have the same image.
