Nah, if anything I'm the opposite. I think I've became more open minded to music. Well more open minded than I am now.

They can if they want to. I was dared to sit at the end of a bar with a pint of Tennants on my 18th. I didn't do it. But I have to do it before my 19th. Or I die.

I generally look first, then ask. Or sometimes I get surprises in my PM box with a link included, which is always lovely .
6. What annoys you most about MB members?
Not a great deal. Pointlessness really. Just saying things for the sake or to try and be funny, but end up hurting someone's feelings... blah. nothing too drastic.

I look for music myself, but it's usually better when someone sends me something and I can decide whether or not I like it that way.

Not all MB members, but a lot are more closed-minded than open-minded.
If you don't like their music, then you're wrong. And you suck. And until you like their music, they don't respect you.

-Having the perfect sense of humor without really hurting sentiments of people around her.
-She needs good communication so we understand each other perfectly and also avoid misunderstandings from being created.
-Must have respect for my career and any and all other issue related to my life.

I like big butts.

3. Has MB turned you into a elitist snob?
I can honestly say the answer to this is 100% no...thank god. I can still turn on the radio and not get all hostile about what I hear, as well as discuss tunes with non-music nerd friends, and listen to what they enjoy. I take pride in the fact that I will listen to anything people send me with an open mind. I have no problem being constructive about it, and may offer them music in return that I think is better, but honestly, I would have missed out on some cool music if I was a snob.

I would say that about 90% is found through my own means of searching and listening to shows(which does this count as?). MB accounts for about 10% of what I pick up I'd guess, but I've found some really amazing stuff on here with the weekly trades, monthly comps, etc... which is why I keep coming back.

6. What annoys you most about MB members?
Meh, maybe I'll do the spill your guts thread sometime, cause I feel like I'd have to name names if I answered this. Nothing I could say would apply to everyone, but Awwsugars answer to this is pretty good generally.

Sense of humor, kindness, understanding, appreciative of alone time/time with own friends, similar interests/taste regarding living arrangements/design/location, travel interests, music taste, ability to earn an income (hey I'm no high roller), a relatively sane family, etc.

Nah I already was.

I don't give a damn as long as they're not putting on pounds as a result.

Uh, do I ever? Almost always.

Some have terrible grammar skills and it makes me cringe. This is a problem on practically all forums, though. And sometimes people tend to obsess over the same shit (music-wise).

Umm...... well the first thing I'd notice is the body. Then their personality/humor. Then probably their body again.

I'm not as elitist as some people, actually since coming to MB I might have become less elitist, because I've come to realize it's more important to just listen to good stuff yourself than waste time arguing with people who have ****ty music taste.

Others usually, I'm far too lazy to actually try myself. Plus that leads me in wrong directions usually.
