You remember wrong. I had shut down all my journals long before then. After that, you asked me about kicking life back into Batman and I said maybe. Then I threatened to leave, changed that to a threat to stay, which I followed up on, and heard nothing more.

If you have ideas for a starting point then I'm game. Honestly I'm in the middle of... volume 5(?) of the Dredd Case Files and that's a damn good place to start. The one with Block Mania and the Apocalypse War.

this show introduced me to brendon small, h jon benjamin, and squigglevision. originally saw it playing in a video store and asked the cashier about it. it lead to me discovering what would become one of my all time favorite shows and a couple of underwhelming dates with the video store guy lol.

during the fires in my area i realized that in the moment of evacuation i couldn't think of anything important enough to take along with me aside from my dog. everything material is replaceable. it would be sad to lose pictures and old yearbooks and my books and stuff but idk. maybe i'm not very sentimental.

she's a badass bitch who could probably kick a man to death. we've had a lot of adventures together and more planned for the future. we have very complimentary senses of humor and we're pretty sure we have a psychic bond. 10/10 bestie, will probably be lesbian lovers in our 40s/50s.

About that USB: do you not have all your stories a) saved to Google Drive b) backed up in another place/house and c) printed out? Seems a bit like tempting fate to have them all in one place, and no backup...

I drink coffee black pretty much every time. Once in a while I'll get a blended monstrosity to appease my inner valley bitch.

Futurama - ENDLESSLY RE-WATCHABLE. Voice acting is great. Jokes are smart.

Adventure Time - Fantastic animation. Clever and thought provoking storylines. Great sound design.

Ren and Stimpy - John K. is a genius.

Art can be pretty much anything as long as it's good. Bad art exists and is most art in my opinion.

Knowing that my family, including my dog, are safe? I go after my laptop for the pictures and video I have saved. I stuff a few of my valuable records in a bag. I grab my grandfathers shirt. I try to grab a few pieces of art my friends have given me. Last but not least my orange hydroflask. That thing might be the most important. It holds incredible significance for me for some reason.

I am lucky to have a core group of 8 people who are all best friends with each other. We are best friends as a group. We look out for each other. We roast the sh*t out of each other. We vacation together. I've lived with half of them. It just never changes. Best friends since 7th grade.
