I'ma vent. I hate being called a moron. I haven't been called one recently, but I hate it. And the worst part is, I used to make a moron out of myself when I started going to music forums. I got so angry that I was unaware of how unhappy I was at my first forums. In fact, did you know that when one is angry, the brain clumps together blocking fluids, thus preventing a thought process from working as well as when not under stress? Well, that happened to me a lot. I would not think things through before I posted, and I have made a couple of dumb posts before under that kind of stress. But I was constantly trolled partially because I had no idea what "unwritten forum rules" were, and I was pretty emotional. I once said that we get around 100 albums a year. However, I knew all about Bandcamp and all the other albums, so I was really talking about "mainstream" albums, the most waited for ones and all that. But that's not the way it came across. So, I ended up being called a moron.

Now I absolutely hate being called a moron, imbecile, dummy, or any synonym. It's very offensive to me. It's like when a gay person gets called the fa word, or when a black man is called the n-word. It's all because it brings back bad memories. I'm posting this because I got under stress and I need to vent. That was years ago when that stuff happened, though. And I'm not really going to say anything stupid without explaining myself. If I vent, maybe someday I can forget that past.

I feel you man. I look back on all the stupid **** I did as a kid and can't help but cringe. Still uncalled for what they said though.

But, black people and gays are those things they're being called. So if you hate being called a moron for the same reason a gay dude would hate being called a word that accurately describes him...
