Drizzle olive oil on the asparagus with fennel and shallots/onions, add lots of salt, pepper, and parmesan on top, then cook in the macrowave oven at 500 degrees for 20 minutes

Thanks. And just to be fair you pour enough shredded cheese (preferably a blend of some kind) onto a plate so that it's allowed to melt and not simply become chemical leather. Then you mic until melted and bubbling, scrape into a sort of gelatin pile, and then apply a dollop of ranch on the side for dipping. Eat with a fork.

I remember doing stuff like that as a kid.

Fyi, use shredded parmesan, not the powdered stuff.

This is the one I always use. No complaints. Also I use chicken for tacos every time and it goes well with that, I've never had them with beef.

Probably don't need telling but it's hot. Hotter than you would expect.
