My mom made hot wings and threw out the hot sauce they baked in because "I don't like saving the sauce I cook raw chicken in".

Nah. I usually bake it in an oven and it should kill pretty much all the bacteria.
Washing it doesn't remove them anyway.
I do dry it of with a paper towel before cooking, but it's more about facilitating absorption of spices and oils than about hygiene.

I recently moved out east and experienced 'east coast subs' for the first time. They are so delicious. I'll take these over Subway any day.

Honestly I swing both ways but Id rather recive then give in that situation...Plus I could never date a woman...I can barely put up with my **** let alone another womans...now back to the chicken.
