You certainly do have your presentation down. That's probably the one pillar of cooking I'm still pretty bad at. My food (generally) tastes great but it certainly never has the picturesque quality that yours does.

It usually boils down to just cleaning the edges of the plate.

Stuffed peppers, rice, and arrachera taco's with homemade salsa, refried beans and hot sauce.



A foremen at work cooked this up for everyone at lunch today. It's pretty ****ing amazing. The meat was bought preseasoned from a Supermercado in Joliet that just opened, peppers were grown and prepared by the cook, and the rest is just standard fare.

Yeah I definitely want a deep fryer so I can pump out mass quantities of crispy fatty good ol' good ol' stuff... Gluten free of course.

And all our eggs are free range... We just walk outside
