I think vinegar is used to neutralise the pH balance if I recall correctly, since BV throws off the natural balance, otherwise yeah, it's not a bright thing. I know boric acid can be used as well. I sure as **** would not recommend douching as a birth control

The sperm would probably reach their destination before douching could get it all out anyways!

Good god yes. There are some weird myths about preventing pregnancy, I've heard some people thought Coke douching would work, and that you couldn't get pregnant if you're doing girl on top because of gravity, hahahaha

Yeah, I once heard that missionary was the only position that would get you pregnant, and that all other positions would not.
