Goddamn, they are laughing at his rapey friend, everybody has one. I'm pretty much sure he wasn't going to rape the girl and if he was either her friends or his would intervene. Mountain/molehill.

Edit: I do have a friend who was unfortunate enough to be raped when she was much young, I don't think it's funny. But I don't think this guy was trying to rape the drunk chick at all.
