I dont know what it is but it is super annoying. I stopped masturbating entirely, and it seems like it has helped a little bit. I excersize alot, get morning wood, eat pretty healthy, find my girl super attractive, but still the problem persists. I really do not want to have to use any drugs if i dont have to.

have you tried a c-ring before since you don't want to try drugs?
