Todd Snider

Such a tragic death. He should still be alive and on the tour he had to cancel due to the asshat(s) who attacked him in Salt Lake City. I saw him live some years back. He put on a great show. RIP, Todd. You left too soon.

How sad. He made a lot of fine music. And The Harder They Come is a landmark film.

R.I.P. to one of the greats.

Yes, Cropper, despite being modest about his abilities, was really amazing. I remember a DJ on a radio station in Cincinnati obsessively playing Booker T. & The MGs "Melting Pot" and being awed by Cropper's playing. Up until recently, a park near my home would have a free summer concert featuring nationally known musical acts. Cropper played at one of those concerts a few years back. I missed the show. Psy-Fi and other who got to see him are really fortunate.
