That's awful. So sorry for your loss. Can't imagine what you're going through right now.

I was absolutely flabbergasted by this. I can't even begin to imagine how hard it must be for one to lose someone so close, so important.
I hope you and your children have the strenght to cope with this loss. I'm terribly sorry.

My condolences Lee, I'm certain she was an incredible woman and that she will be missed dearly. My deepest respects to you, your family, and anyone else close to her.

I listened to the song in Elaine's honor, Jackhammer. I'm sorry about her sudden death during a routine surgery.

I agree with you that there is never enough time to say and do everything one wishes with a loved-one.

I like to hope that the people we love know how much they mean to us, even when we take them for granted sometimes and behave as if life will last forever. I also like to hope that the gratitude over having had even some time together shines through the sadness that results because the time is limited.

Thank you for sharing your loss with us, Lee. I wish you the best and hope it helps to know you aren't alone.

Thank you very much for all your kind words, they have been a great help to me. Much appreciated.

So sad to hear about your loss. Things will heal through time.

The death of a loved one is always difficult. I wish you all the best for your kids and especially you, Lee.

This seems like a quite ridiculous request but Elaine is being buried Friday 30th December @1 pm and I have asked for flowers or to give donations to a local animal shelter that we visited a lot and if anyone would like to give anything even if it is a dollar/pound or two I would be very grateful.

I appreciate that the logistics are difficult for those who are abroad but if you can spare anything even if you never get to see the results I would still be eternally grateful.

Many many thanks my friend. Appreciated. I am so ****ed right now. My kids are together enjoying each others company in their room and I am in another room empty.

I dont want them to see how I am right now.
