^^^ I expect the best from myself BUT I am so non-competitive I think being competitive must be very stressful and I'm one of those laid back kinda people who just lets everybody else do their own thing but not to the point of letting people walk all over me - No way! I have a close circle of friends and we confide in each other which is something I couldn't do without also my boyfriend is always there when I need to moan about life - he's also very easy going. We must seem like a very boring couple

Yeah, I'm in the same boat with you Grogsy.

Also I like to keep my close friends limited to being able to count them on one hand. I don't need a big circle of friends.

My circle is small, I'm loyal to the end and don't fuck me over. Lessons learned from Scarface that I take to heart.

^^^ Yeah, I have four very close friends that I've known since school and we will probably still be close all our lives. All of us have travelled at different times but always stayed in constant touch with each other. Just as an aside ..... those four friends are 2 males and 2 females.

My depression has been getting really bad lately, I've been really negative and I've been just been really pissed off at myself. I've pretty much decided to cut myself off from everyone I know to spare them any bullshit. I go through periods of isolation and anger, one time it got so bad I was up into the night punching my walls until my fist bled.

I know that feeling of going into isolation and cutting everyone off but when I do it. I also cut everyone off from the online world as well and I don't log into FB or any forums.

Are you taking any meds and seeing any professionals?

wellp they want me to take risperodone an anti psychotic.

I have it but not sure i wanna go through with it. Researching the serious weight gain and inability to ever come off it, as well as the likelyhood of having to make a drug cocktail (no one seems to benefit from risperdone alone) makes me doubftul.

You can come off it. I did but yeah you will gain weight nothing can be done about that til after you switch to something else.

Other side effects: lactating breats(male and female) increased psychosis, chronic fatigure, sleeping 12+ hours a day, lack of any emotion(even after coming off) loss of sexual desire(even with viagra) slower thought and response, iq deterioration, etc, general cognitive deterioration

Iunno, i think i may pass at least until I get a second opinion. I ****ing asked for anti anxiety medication and this was all she would prescribe. I've learned better than to trust one persons perspective on anything.

I'll stick with being a fairly functional and crazy i think. Try to get some cannabinoids.

Why don't you at least try it first instead of just reading off side effects. All medications have stupid side effects but how your body reactions to it is an individual experience. You might not get any of those side effects.
