sometimes I wake up because I swear someone's trying to tell me something, or I answer people in my sleep.

I've always just blamed that on sleep because sleep is weird.

there's a substantial amount of noise in my head at all times. it's been giving me headaches.

I have auditory hallucinations on the reg, and visual ones a lot less frequently

i remember when i saw that "a beautiful mind" movie, i wondered for a few minutes afterwards if maybe i had schizophrenia and didn't even realize it... like maybe if some of the people i thought i knew were actually figments of my imagination.

but then i worked out that that's impossible, since i've never met any body that i never saw anyone else talk to or interact with. kind of strange to think about, though. not making light of schizophrenia, btw. just saying.

Or maybe you're Joan of Arc.

At one point I thought that the random and seemingly unwarranted seizures I'd have were weird mental things, like some kind of psychotic episode. I stopped considering it though, I don't think that's how it works.

anywhere.

I've been having awful flashbacks all day, starting with my dreams last night. Then I looked back in my journal (personal, not musical) and discovered it was a year ago today that I realized my parents' split was inevitable. Has anyone experienced something similar and if so, can we talk? I don't want to go to a therapist right now, but I need to get this off my chest.

I struggle with depression at times, however I manage it with a pretty strict drug and alcohol regiment. Works for me for the most part.
