What about all those discarded placentas? Could get pretty gruesome. I suppose if they only need to be there for the moment they march past Mr. Grieves they could get it over with pretty quickly and get back to their lives. I guess they don't really need to stay in line once they've passed by? Of course then you have a huge scheduling nightmare.

But how would you know that it wasn't the same fifty people or so? I certainly wouldn't be able to tell them apart.
