But in answer to your question, yes and no. It's my first time having this kind of third-party drug test, but I've peed in a cup at the doctor's office before, as well as when I was a USDA test subject back in college.

The paperwork and procedure itself is quick and easy in terms of actions. Sounds like you have a really busy place that makes it a lot more difficult than it is at its core.

The facility wasn't really that busy, it was just inefficient and staffed by people who didn't care, like a lot of places in Philly.
