Plus 4 nut bars 6 eggs is only 468 calories.. . but the bars are 200 each. Both at different times, not like together. But yeah the 6 eggs together

This is correct. I eat in a window most days of 3pm-7-8pm. So getting under 2500 calories happens all in two decent size meals. 4 bars at one time equals a one meal. Plus not eating for so long during the fast, by 3pm... I am starving.

I eat berry smoothies also, protein shakes and veggie shakes also. Been doing two protein shakes since its only 170calories for 25grams of protein

That's a hell of a lot of cholestrol and I hope you don't have/at risk for diabetes cause that'd make them even worse for ya, but gd eggs be good.

It's not that bad fam. People be eating fast food burgers everyday. I understand your concern. Im having turkey sandwiches tonight, maybe a one slice folded in half with peanut butter on it if i get more hungry after two turkey sandwiches.
