Kettle chips are good but they hurt my teeth and the roof of my mouth, lol. For chips I'll usually go for Ruffles Cheddar & Sour Cream.

I'm more of a pretzel person, though. Soft German pretzels with bier cheese ftw.

Absolutely - I am not into barbecue chips at all. It's just such a played out flavor. I am also admittedly not big into salt and vinegar either. There are occasions when I catch a hankering for salt/vinegar chips but it's rare.

Salt and vinegar is great but I often like the simple salt and black pepper Kettle's best. They really don't need any extra frills

Besides chips, these are absolutely delightful. Better than the also great Flamin' Hot variety. I don't know if this is a hot take or not, but the crunchy cheetos basically made the original poofy cheetos completely irrelevant.

I think the crunchy ones came before the puffs. I do like the puffs though cause you can stick it in your mouth, let it absorb some saliva, and then suck on it so it collapses in on itself in a satisfying way.

Ang bring back Cheetos Paws! They had so much dust on them you could overdose.

Holy ****. You're right, I just looked it up. My mind is blown. Feels like a Mandela effect spell has just been broken.

With that said, I can see where you're coming from, the puffs have their own benefits. But I'll be damned if I'd ever choose them over those delicious cheesy crunch-filled alternatives.
