Got my first paycheck from my new job today. Isn't much but it felt good. It has been a short few weeks with the holiday seasons. And yay, now I get to pay taxes. But at least I have health insurance. Kinda dropped the ball and fell behind at work today... dunno what happened but I just spaced out for a good 45 minutes and couldn't focus as well as I normally can. Ah well, there's still tomorrow to do a better job.

Oh yeah and we were listening to Sleep's Holy Mountain and Dopesmoker all day. It was awesome.

Congratulations on your new job and health insurance, WD. I had a similar experience to yours at work today, feeling a bit unfocused and zoning out here and there. December is a challenging and tiring month for many people at work. After a good night’s rest, tomorrow is another day to do a better job as you say. My best wishes to you and special congratulations on that first paycheck!

The Cell is nice to look at but Jennifer Lopez brings it down several notches.

Filmed over 4 years in 28 different countries. Nuts.

Have you seen Samsara? Made by the same director as Koyaanisqatsi and it's even more visually stunning. It was filmed over seven years I believe in several Asian countries.

My day was full of high highs, low lows and way too many people asking me questions.

That's why people have dads Janszy, so they can ask them questions.

lol west coasters.

Going to work today, to a job I use to love, but now has run amuck with terrible managers. My boss is an insufferable, bible-thumping hag who honestly believes everyone from the middle east is a terrorist, global warming is a myth, and homosexuality should be banned. If I wasn't so lazy I'd be working somewhere else by now.
